Haseeb Ansari

Haseeb Ansari is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Director - Chief Compliance Officer at Emirates Islamic since October 2018, Haseeb oversees Compliance, Regulatory, Wealth Management, and Financial Crime Risk functions. Haseeb is also a Task Force Member of ACAMS 2025 The Assembly MENA, and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Compliance Committee at the UAE Banks Federation. Previously, Haseeb has held senior compliance roles at United Arab Bank and Barclays, as well as various positions at Citi, focusing on regulatory compliance and operational management. Haseeb holds an MBA from Preston University and a BS from the University of the Punjab.
