Lalit Rajasth

Lalit Rajasth, CAMS, currently serves as the Senior Director (Head of High Risk Onboarding & EDD) at Emirates Islamic, leading a team of over 50 specialists focused on high-risk customer onboarding and enhanced due diligence. Previously, in the role of Associate Vice President - Governance & Transformation, Lalit managed a 35-member team responsible for implementing compliance-related controls in the Consumer & Wealth Management segment. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Emirates NBD, where Lalit oversaw customer due diligence for corporate clients, and a Managing Director role at Aarenn FZC, focusing on business strategy development. Lalit’s career began at RAKBANK, where a diverse range of roles culminated in leadership positions managing operations across various banking functions. Lalit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
