Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Head of Multichannel & Customer Experience at Dubai Islamic Bank, and leadership positions at Mashreq Bank, Citi, and Standard Chartered Bank. Zia's academic background includes a recent executive program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University.
