Daniel Tomlinson is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and customer experience, currently serving as Director of CX, Digital & IT at both Emirates Leisure Retail and MMI - Maritime and Mercantile International since September 2023. With extensive experience, Daniel has also held roles as Senior Director of Digital at Alghanim Industries, leading comprehensive digital transformation initiatives across various sectors, and as an Ambassador for the MACH Alliance since October 2021. Prior positions include Associate Director at Javelin Group, where a focus was placed on global omni-channel transformation programs for leading retailers, and consulting at Atos. Daniel began the career at Sainsbury's through a graduate scheme, bolstered by an education from Newcastle Business School from 2005 to 2008.
