Sarah Jane Street is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various companies. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner at Emirates Leisure Retail since August 2023, Sarah Jane previously held the position of People and Culture Manager at ManpowerGroup Middle East from July 2016 to August 2023. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and talent acquisition. Sarah Jane has successfully created and implemented HR and employee development strategies while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
