Monther Mohamad al Hashimi

Monther Mohamad Al Hashimi has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Rotating Equipment Engineer at ENOC since September 2016, Monther focuses on ensuring the reliability of refinery equipment and conducting maintenance on pumps, compressors, and turbines, among others. In addition to this role, Monther co-founded doh | dohnuts & coffee and holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. A former Manufacturing Engineering Summer Intern at DUBAL, Monther gained practical skills in maintenance planning and quality testing. Monther's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Renewable Energy and Clean Technology from The University of Manchester and a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Southern California, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Optimization and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
