Tanveer Raihan

Tanveer Raihan is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in reliability engineering, particularly focused on rotating equipment. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer for Santos Ltd since June 2021, Tanveer provides specialized technical support within the GLNG Upstream Field. Prior to this role, Tanveer worked as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Wood from January 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included data collection and analysis on rotating equipment. From July 2012 to July 2018, Tanveer held the position of Turbo Machinery Specialist at Chevron, leading a team in operations and troubleshooting for gas turbine compressors and generators. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior BPC Maintenance Specialist at Chevron, managing maintenance for various equipment types, and as an Engineer at Bangla Trac Limited - BanglaCAT, focusing on commissioning and troubleshooting gas generators. Tanveer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology and an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering Institute of Technology.
