Waleed A. is an experienced professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Cyber Security Operations at Emirates NBD since July 2023. Prior to this role, Waleed held various positions including Director of Cyber Security at FTI Consulting and Manager of Incident Response and Forensics at Emirates NBD. Waleed's earlier experience includes roles as SecOps Manager and Security Engineer at Babylon Health, and positions at CGI including SOC Team Lead for Advanced Threat Investigation. Waleed holds a Master’s degree in War Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from De Montfort University, complemented by multiple cybersecurity certifications from the SANS Technology Institute.
