Khaled Hussein has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Khaled currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation since 2013. In this role, they oversee the delivery of engineering projects and is responsible for managing a multinational team. Prior to this, they worked at Consolidated Contractors International Company as a Project Engineering Manager from 2006 to 2013, where they managed project teams and handled engineering deliverables. Khaled also has experience as a Technical Manager at Dynaflow International in 2006 and as a Piping Stress Engineer at Bruce Power from 2001 to 2006. Khaled began their engineering career as a Project Engineer at Consolidated Contractors Company in 1992, where they managed various activities related to piping systems.
Khaled Hussein attended King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Finance for Non-Finance Professionals from Coursera and as a Professional Engineer (PE) from Professional Engineers Ontario, obtained in 2019 and 2001 respectively.
