Daniel Gilbert serves as the Head Coach and Support Coach at Lancashire Cricket Club, overseeing the U15 Boys and contributing to the CAG Boys program since January 2022. As a co-founder and director of Fylde Coast Cricket Coaching Limited, Daniel manages daily operations, including product delivery, marketing, program design, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Daniel held various coaching and developmental roles within Emirates Old Trafford and Lancashire Cricket Board, focusing on school cricket programs and player pathways. Daniel's background also includes experience as a plumbing and heating engineer, showcasing a diverse skill set that encompasses both sports and trades. Daniel's educational achievements include a Master's degree in Sport Leadership and Professional Development from the University of Central Lancashire and several qualifications in sports performance and plumbing.

The award-winning event space ‘The Point’ offers floor to ceiling windows, creating natural daylight in abundance and panoramic views of the world famous cricket pitch. The blank canvas is designed to inspire creativity and, with a capacity of up to 1,200, the options are endless. The Point can also be divided into three separate spaces, due to the interchangeable walls, which are ideal for creating intelligent breakout rooms or smaller functions. The Pavilion combines the heritage and tradition of Lancashire Cricket with modern, high quality event space and can accommodate up to 700 people across eight suites and nine executive boxes. With a footbridge linking The Point to the Pavilion and the Pavilion to the on-site Hilton Garden Inn, delegates have easy access to breakout rooms and extra syndicate spaces, and then to the hotel without having to step outside.
