Ali Alhashmi

Ali AlHashmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and technology policies. Currently serving as an Advisor for Strategy and Management Affairs at Emirates Schools Establishment, Ali previously held the position of Director for Science & Technology Policies & Programs at the Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology, where significant achievements included the approval of critical national policies and the establishment of key councils. Prior roles at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Ministry of Health involved leadership in science and technology policy development. Ali's career at Etisalat spanned nearly 16 years, culminating in the role of Senior Director for Emerging Technologies & Innovation, where innovations in telecom cloud technologies and 4IR adoption were spearheaded. Ali's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking and Business Administration, enhancing capabilities in both technical and managerial domains.
