Asad Rashid

Asad Rashid is a seasoned Senior Technical DevOps Engineer currently employed at Emirates since June 2023. Previously, Asad worked at Nisum from April 2021 to June 2023 as a Senior DevOps Engineer, providing consultancy for Macy’s and managing software source code, configuration, build, and deployment processes. Asad's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Engineer - DevOps at Afiniti, where continuous integration and deployment were improved, and as a DevOps Engineer at FAIR Consulting Group, where Kubernetes clusters were designed and managed. Asad also has a rich background in software automation, having developed Java-based frameworks and scripting solutions at TPS Worldwide. In leadership roles, Asad served as Vice President for both the NEDUET-ACM Student Chapter and ITEC, showcasing organizational and team management skills. Asad holds a master’s degree in Information Security and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
