Eslam Ahmed

Eslam Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, completed in 2016. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Emirates since April 2024, Eslam manages a quality team focused on iXR and GenAI projects while collaborating across departments to enhance AI utilization for customers and employees. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Contentsquare, Software Development Engineer in Test at Landmark Group, and Senior Software Developer Engineer in Test at e& UAE, among others. Eslam's career began as a Test Automation Engineer at VOIS and includes foundational training as an instructor at the Information and Technology Institute, framing a solid background in software quality and testing.
