Kamala Gurung

Kamala Gurung is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Woolworths Group since February 2020 and an IT Support Technician at the Victorian Institute of Technology since August 2023, where responsibilities include handling ticketing cases through CRM and troubleshooting. In addition, Kamala has been working as a Waitress for Emirates since June 2021. Kamala holds a Bachelor's degree in Networking, Network and System Administration from the Melbourne Institute of Technology (2021-2022) and has completed a Diploma in Information Technology and an Advanced Diploma of Computer Systems Technology from Sydney City College of Management (October 2018 - January 2021). Further education is being pursued at Performance Education since January 2023.
