Nandakumar N V possesses extensive experience in technology operations and business service management, having served Emirates since April 2003 in various leadership roles. As the Head of Business Service Technology Operations, Nandakumar established a new service management organization focused on enhancing the stability, performance, and scalability of Emirates Group's business services through continuous improvement. Nandakumar has also led end-to-end business services in Passenger Services, Sales & Distribution, and managed over 300 business applications, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Prior to Emirates, Nandakumar worked at IBS Software Services as a Senior Technical Engineer and Project Lead, contributing to significant development projects in revenue accounting systems and airport operations. Nandakumar holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St.Gallen and a Master's degree in Operations Research from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
