Pratiksha Pai is a seasoned professional in IT service management, currently serving as a Technical Product Owner and previously as a Senior Software Engineer at Emirates since November 2015. With a robust background that includes a position as a Senior Consultant at 3i Infotech Ltd from December 2006 to November 2012, Pratiksha specializes in providing quality solutions to complex business problems and has extensive experience in software development using Oracle tools. Pratiksha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from St. Francis Institute of Technology, Mumbai University.
