Srinivasan PS has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Key Technical Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Emircom since March 2008, where responsibilities include presales and deployment management. Prior to this role, Srinivasan worked as a Senior Engineer focusing on telecom solutions and began the career as a Telecom Engineer, specializing in Carrier VAS and SIP solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Consultant at NET PROACTIVE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from 2006 to 2008, delivering deployment and support for Nortel, Altitude Contact Center, and IVR products for banking and enterprise clients. At GTL Limited from July 2004 to March 2006, responsibilities involved deploying and supporting Nortel Enterprise Voice and Contact Center suites. Srinivasan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed in 2004.
