Preeya Patel

Preeya Patel is an experienced informatics pharmacist currently employed at EMIS Health since March 2022. Prior to this role, Patel worked as a primary care clinical pharmacist at Prescribing Care Direct from September 2021 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing repeat prescriptions and conducting clinical audits. From August 2012 to March 2022, Patel served as a pharmacy manager at Well Pharmacy. Additional experience includes working as a registered vaccinator and clinical assessor with The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust in 2021, alongside previous roles as a clinical pharmacist at Fieldhead Mental Health Trust and completing a pre-registration year at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. Patel holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Aston University and an Independent Prescribing qualification from the University of Bradford.
