Celine Bak

Celine Bak is a seasoned leader in sustainable finance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, currently serving as the National Leader for ESG and Impact in Financial Services at Deloitte since January 2023. With extensive experience, Celine holds pivotal roles such as Independent Director and Chair of the Audit, Finance, and Investment Committee at Emissions Reduction Alberta. From January 2018 to March 2023, Celine was a Senior Fellow at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, focusing on aligning investments with international sustainability agreements. Celine has also served as President of Analytica Advisors, an influential consulting firm in sustainability, and has held senior roles in Kearney, Genome Canada, GreenCentre Canada, and the Centre for International Governance Innovation. Celine's academic credentials include a B.Comm from the University of Guelph and an M.B.A. in Operations Management from the University of Bath.
