Sanah Dar is a highly experienced professional in clean technology management, currently serving as the Manager of Clean Technology at Alberta Innovates since January 2019. In this role, Sanah focuses on hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS), successfully launching a technology validation program with key stakeholders to accelerate early-stage CCUS technologies. Prior to this position, Sanah held several roles at Alberta Innovates, including Senior Business Partner, where collaboration with government and industry was promoted through transnational projects for sustainable technologies. Sanah also has experience managing demonstration projects at Emissions Reduction Alberta, totaling $340 million in value, and previously worked as a Process Engineer at Nutrien and Agrium, with early roles in project planning at Enbridge and research at CanmetENERGY. Sanah holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
