Radosław Weiss

Tomasz Rados is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in European institutions. Currently serving as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, Rados previously held roles as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission. Rados contributed to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support, aiding EU countries in reform implementation. Additional experience includes serving on the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw, working with the European Defence Agency, and supporting crisis management at the European External Action Service. Rados has also held various positions within the European Commission and has contributed to the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
