Corina Santema has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Corina currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Emitwise, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at the same company for a few months. In 2019, Corina started their passion project, co gro coaching, as an ICF-Certified Coach, where they created coaching programs for young professionals and business owners. Corina also worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Postscript from August 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Merchant Success Manager at Shopify, where they supported key accounts from May 2020 to August 2021. Corina's work experience also includes roles at InVision and Hootsuite, where they served as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager, respectively. Additionally, they have worked as an Educator at lululemon athletica and as a Senior Student Ambassador, Team Lead at The University of British Columbia. Corina has demonstrated their skills in coaching, customer success management, account management, and social media strategy throughout their career.

Corina Santema has a diverse education history. Corina graduated from The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Nutrition and Health, focusing on Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies in general. Corina also completed the Entrepreneurship@UBC Lean Launchpad Accelerator program at The University of British Columbia.

In addition to their formal education, Corina has obtained several certifications. Corina earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021. Corina also completed a 104 Hour Coaching Training program at the Co-Active Training Institute in May 2020.

Corina has further enhanced their knowledge and skills in various areas. Corina obtained a SMS Marketing Certification from Postscript in September 2021 and a Digital Marketing Fundamentals certification from RED Academy in July 2017. Corina also holds a Hootsuite Platform Certification, obtained in March 2016. Recently, they acquired certifications in Talent Sourcing and Foundations of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in March 2023.
