Chas Torrence

Chas Torrence is the Executive Vice President of Southeast at EMJ Corporation. Chas has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has been a project manager for the past 6 years. Chas started their career as an estimator with Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC in December 2002. In April 2008, they became a project manager with Cox Schepp Construction. In June 2010, they became a project manager with The Strauss Company Inc. Chas has been with EMJ Corporation since October 2013.

Chas Torrence has a Bachelor of Arts in Chas'story from Roanoke College and a Post Grad in Construction Management from Clemson University.

Chas Torrence reports to Jack Bowen, President & CEO. They are on a team with Heather Collins - Executive Vice President, People & IT, Lance Gopffarth - Executive Vice President, Construction Risk, and Colby Cox - Executive Vice President, General Counsel.
