Heather Collins

Heather Collins is the Executive Vice President of People & IT at EMJ Corporation. Heather has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with EMJ Corporation since September 2007. Prior to their current position, Heather was the VP of HR at EnSafe, where they were responsible for aligning and driving EnSafe's talent activities, including performance management, skill forecasting, and organizational development. Heather has also served on various committees, including the Compensation, Investment, CEO Search, and Charitable Donations Committees. In their current role at EMJ Corporation, Heather is responsible for overseeing the company's IT needs and human resources.

Heather Collins has a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from the University of South Florida with a concentration in HR, Training and Development. Heather also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Stetson University. Heather is certified by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP and by the HR Certification Institute as a SPHR. Heather is also certified by Development Dimensions International as a DDI Trainer.

Heather Collins reports to Jack Bowen, President & CEO. Heather Collins works with Holly Bischoff - Chief Financial Officer, Colby Cox - Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Deron Smith - Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications.
