Atharva Naik is a Junior Supply Chain Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company since August 2022, where a thesis on process optimization for handling CMRs has been conducted. Previous experience includes roles as an Operations Intern, achieving significant reductions in shipment errors and costs. Atharva has also served as a Production Assistant at Lureg - Industrie and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at M/s. Eskay Engichem Private Limited, focusing on production planning and supply chain management. Internships at Bajaj Auto Ltd, Tal Manufacturing Solutions Limited, and Ezenith Education provided a foundation in manufacturing processes and vehicle engineering. Atharva holds a Master’s degree in Operational Excellence from Hochschule Hof, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SVKM's NMIMS.
