Juan Carlos Mendez has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Projects Manager at Hutchinson since August 2013, Juan Carlos has held various positions, including Corporate Supply Chain Manager and Materials and Planning Coordinator, where responsibilities included warehouse management, production planning, and implementing pull systems. Prior to Hutchinson, Juan Carlos worked as a Process Engineer at Manufacturera Conecel S.A de C.V, focusing on process design and optimization.
