Julianna Gava

Julianna Gava is an experienced professional in the fields of operations, training, and project management, currently serving as Head of P&O Excellence and Operations at Emma – The Sleep Company since February 2021. With a diverse background in customer excellence and training roles at Majorel Portugal from 2017 to 2021, Julianna facilitated various training programs on leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Prior to that, Julianna held positions in the media industry, including roles at Warner Bros International Television Production and MTV Brasil as a producer and assistant. Julianna holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Business Strategy from ThePower and a Master's in Communication Sciences from Universidade Lusófona.
