Kyne Derrick Lim

Kyne Derrick Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and strategy across diverse sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager for APAC and Country Head for South Korea at Emma – The Sleep Company since December 2021, Kyne has held multiple leadership roles, including Regional Business Lead for Southeast Asia and Country Manager for the Philippines. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Grab from August 2016 to November 2021, where Kyne advanced from Strategy Manager to Strategy Senior Manager, overseeing various marketplaces and marketing initiatives in the Philippines. Beginning career at HSBC as an Assistant Relationship Manager and Management Associate from June 2014 to May 2016, Kyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, obtained in 2014.
