Lara de Graaf

Lara de Graaf is a seasoned professional in user experience research and product design, currently serving as Senior UX Research Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company and Community Manager at Amsterdam Product Club. Lara has co-founded Vi, a platform dedicated to supporting women in the menopause phase, and has held positions such as User Researcher & Innovation Expert at Nationale-Nederlanden, where focus was on exploring new business opportunities through comprehensive user research. Previously, Lara worked as a Service Designer at Unplugged Amsterdam and co-founded Zorggenoot, aiding caregivers. A strong foundation in design and strategy was established through various roles, including Lead Generation & Marketing at TOPdesk and internships at Dept Agency. Lara's academic credentials include multiple advanced degrees from Delft University of Technology in Strategic Product Design and Design for Interaction, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering.
