Philipp Burgtorf is an accomplished executive with significant experience in the consumer goods and sleep industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Emma – The Sleep Company since August 2017, Burgtorf has played a key role in establishing the brand as a leading direct-to-consumer sleep provider. As an Advisory Board Member at Polygiene since March 2018, Burgtorf contributes to the development of innovative odor control technology. Previous leadership roles include Group General Manager of the Bedding Division at Recticel, and General Manager for Europe at W. L. Gore & Associates.
