Sofia Serra

Sofia Serra is an experienced Senior Business Development Manager currently leading the O&O Retail Strategy for Germany and the Netherlands at Emma – The Sleep Company since January 2024. Previously, Sofia managed retail transformations in the Netherlands and UK, optimizing offline revenue as part of the Business Development team. Notable past roles include Client Director at The Gang, where immersive digital gaming experiences were developed, and Client Accounts Manager for Philips' Watches department, achieving record sales figures. Previous experiences also include client service roles in prestigious auction houses such as Bonhams and Phillips. Sofia holds a Master's in Arts and Cultural Management from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
