Steffen Holland-Nell

Steffen Holland-Nell is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product and UX design. Currently serving as Senior Team Lead Product Design UX at Emma – The Sleep Company since August 2020, Steffen has significantly enhanced user experience for a multi-product company that expanded to over 30 countries, achieving a turnover of EUR 645 million in 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Art Director at Agentur Stern, where Steffen focused on marketing campaigns and corporate design in the real estate sector, and as Creative Director and co-founder of the design agency we are:now, directing various web and print design projects. Additionally, Steffen managed design projects for the Oberursel Film Festival from 2010 to 2015. Steffen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communicational Design from the Academy of Visual Arts in Frankfurt.
