Thao-Ngan Ngo

Thao-Ngan Ngo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Customs and Trade Compliance Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company since September 2022, overseeing customs and trade compliance for the company's operations in Europe. Prior to this role, Thao-Ngan worked as a Customs and Trade Compliance Manager and completed a Legal and Compliance Internship where responsibilities included contract reviews, assisting with incorporation processes, and supporting legal finance cross factors. Experience also includes working as a Junior Legal Officer at Hoang Truong JSC., negotiating business contracts with foreign partners and ensuring legal compliance. In addition, Thao-Ngan co-owned Viet Homemeal Restaurant, successfully operating a lunch service for local schools. Previous legal support roles at BEST Inc. focused on compliance, contract review, and market access.
