Xavier McKinzie

Xavier Mckinzie currently serves as the Associate Director of College Counseling and Sophomore Class Dean at the Emma Willard School since July 2022. Previously, Xavier held the position of Associate Director and Coordinator of Diversity Initiatives at Skidmore College from July 2018 to July 2022, and served as an Assistant Director. Prior experience includes working as an Admissions Counselor at Union College from September 2015 to July 2018, as well as positions at Target as a Flow/Stock employee, and as a Library Clerk at St. Agnes Library. Early in their career, Xavier was involved with the Harlem Community Justice Center as a Youth Court Member. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Studio Fine Arts from Union College, obtained from 2011 to 2015.
