Joseph Abdy

Joseph Abdy is the current VP for Administration and Finance at Emmaus Bible College. Prior to this, they served as Budget Director at Drew University from January 2016 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing the annual budget for Drew University by collaborating with finance, deans, VP's, and department heads. Joseph also produced multi-year plans and developed strategies to ensure both short and long term financial goals were met.

Before their time at Drew University, Joseph Abdy worked as AVP of Financial Analysis in Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase from January 2012 to December 2015. In this role, they provided financial management for U.S. Retail Mortgage Banking by furnishing business expertise and key performance metrics that allowed Sales Force to consistently meet and exceed goals.

Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Abdy worked as Finance Manager for North America Services at Oracle Corporation from January 1997 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various Oracle business units in North America.

Abdy began their career as an assistant vice president of financial analysis in mortgage banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2012 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the mortgage banking division of JPMorgan Chase.

Joseph Abdy's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science from Seton Hall University.
