Noelle Velly

Noelle Velly is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in journalism and digital media. Currently serving as a volunteer and board member at Emmaüs Connect since October 2020, Noelle Velly has also been working freelance since April 2016, focusing on new media expertise and part-time opportunities. Previous roles include Product Manager for VAS & Mobile Apps at France Médias Monde, where Noelle Velly managed the development of multilingual mobile applications, and Multimedia Senior Manager at Radio France Internationale, handling new media services and editorial processes. With a journalism background at RFI spanning nearly three decades, Noelle Velly has held various leadership positions, driving organizational changes and managing news teams. Educational qualifications encompass degrees in Russian and Modern Greek from Inalco, as well as Public Administration from Sciences Po Bordeaux and a Licence in Classical Literature from Université de Bordeaux.
