Kelsey Barnhart began their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Coach in 2009 and stayed in that role until 2014. Kelsey then joined The Container Store, where they worked in various roles including Sales, Sales Trainer, and Custom Closets Market Manager from 2014 to 2020. After that, they became an In-Home Design Specialist at The Container Store from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Kelsey is working as an Associate Director of Development at Emmaus Homes, starting in 2022.
