Nathalie Verschueren

Nathalie Verschueren possesses extensive experience in customer care management, currently serving at Emmaus since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nathalie worked at Rockwell Automation from October 2010 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing daily customer care operations as Customer Care Manager for the North Region and serving as Customer Care Supervisor for Belux. Nathalie's focus has been on team management, execution of company policies, and driving customer-centric behaviors. Nathalie holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Limburgs Universitair Centrum, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and completed high school at St Ursula Lyceum, graduating in 1996 with a specialization in Mathematics.
