Comprising the CFO, Financieel Economisch Coördinator, and Managing Director, this team focuses on ensuring financial stability, fostering a supportive environment for the staff and residents, and enhancing the quality of psychiatric care provided to adults in full-time hospitalization. They work collaboratively to implement policies, drive organizational growth, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
