Laela Choudhury

Laela Choudhury is an experienced business development executive with a robust background in the life sciences industry. Currently serving as Executive Director of Business Development at Emmes since January 2025, Laela previously held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Fortrea and Covance from May 2023 to September 2023 and May 2015 to May 2023, respectively. Laela's career also includes a role as Application Sales Manager at Oracle and Senior Director of Business Development at Premier Research Group from December 2009 to May 2013. Laela holds an MPhil in Molecular Biology from Swansea University and a B.Sc in Life Sciences - Molecular Biology from the University of Westminster.
