Giangiacomo Berruti, PhD, is an accomplished professional in quality assurance and technical management within the food industry, currently serving as Head of Quality at Emmi Dessert Italia S.p.A. since December 2023. Berruti has held various leadership roles, including Mentor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore since January 2018, and previously as Director of Quality Assurance at Tillsonburg Custom Foods and Head of Technical at JULIENNE BRUNO®.
