Marcella Cerchioni

Marcella Cerchioni is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource strategy and management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Emmi Dessert Italia S.p.A. since July 2021, Marcella contributes to the development and execution of the company’s HR strategy while optimizing various HR processes. Previously, Marcella held the position of Country HR Head at Sony Electronics, managing European HR policies and acting as a strategic advisor to senior management. Other notable roles include HR Business Partner and Organization & Development Manager at Goodyear Dunlop Italia, where Marcella focused on organization development, hiring, training, and talent management.
