Amanda Brennan

Amanda Brennan is a seasoned professional in the food industry with a diverse background in sales and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Emmi Roth since February 2024, Amanda also owns The Cheese Parlor, which offers specialty cheese and charcuterie boards in the greater Seattle area. Previous experience includes working as Costco Business Manager for ADW Acosta, where Amanda facilitated sales for multiple vendors into Costco NW, and serving as Northwest Territory Manager for FOODMatch. Amanda's career also includes significant roles as Account Executive at Peterson Co and DPI Specialty Foods, where expertise in managing high-end food service clients was developed. Earlier in Amanda's career, culinary training was completed at California School of Culinary Arts, complementing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Academy of Art University.
