Anthony Salathe has held several senior positions in the cheese industry. Anthony started their career in 1999 as a Senior Director of Sales at SAPUTO CHEESE USA INC, where they worked for 16 years. In 2015, they became the General Manager at Meister Cheese Co. However, they only stayed for a year before joining Emmi Roth USA in 2016 as the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing.
Anthony Salathe holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Anthony also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dairy Science/Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Emmi is a major Swiss milk processor. In Switzerland, the Emmi Group has 25 production sites. Abroad, Emmi and its subsidiaries have a presence in 14 countries, eight of which have production facilities. Half of its around CHF 3.5 billion in sales – over 10 % of which stems from organic products – is generated in Switzerland, the other half abroad. Two-thirds of its more than 8,000 employees are currently based outside of Switzerland.
