Denise Lofquist

Denise Lofquist's work experience includes serving as the VP of Human Resources at Emmi Roth since September 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at the same company from March 2015 to September 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR and developing the HR strategy to support the organization's goals.

Before joining Emmi Roth, Denise was the Director of Human Resources, Talent at Regal Beloit Corporation from November 2012 to March 2015, and the Functional Human Resource Manager at the same company from March 2011 to November 2012. Denise began their career at Schneider Electric, where they served as an HR Manager from August 2003 to March 2011.

Denise Lofquist holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a business emphasis from Rock Valley College.
