Andrew Steinberg

Andrew Steinberg serves as the Head of Business Affairs for CNN Films & Original Series since February 2025, overseeing all business matters related to development and production while advising senior executives on strategic objectives. Steinberg has been a National Active Member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences since April 2018, contributing to the celebration of influential storytellers. Previously, Steinberg held positions such as Senior Counsel at iHeartMedia, where employment contracts for talent and complex financial deals were negotiated, and Vice President of Business Affairs at Warner Bros. Discovery, managing original programming matters for HBO Max and linear networks. Earlier experiences include serving as Senior Counsel for Comedy Central & TV Land, directing labor relations at MTV Networks, and handling agreements related to a range of programming and acquisitions across various channels. Andrew Steinberg holds a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University and a JD from St. John's University School of Law.
