Erika Mauro

Erika Mauro is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in market and competitor analysis, trend analysis, brand and product strategy, and design concept development. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Emo design and as a Product Design Lead consultant at Nice Group, Erika has introduced a global industrial design process based on Design Thinking and has implemented a modular design approach to enhance efficiency across various business units. Previously, Erika held the position of Senior Product Designer at Wurbs S.r.l., leading design initiatives for notable brands such as Nice and FontanaArte, and also has experience as a Product Designer and Junior Product Designer. Erika holds a Laurea in Industrial and Product Design from Università Iuav di Venezia.
