Jolene Tate, CPA

Jolene Tate, CPA has over 13 years of experience in the accounting field. Jolene began their career in 2007 as a Staff Accountant at Bickmore Risk Services, where they provided full service accounting for JPA and SIG clients, from AR & AP to assisting with financial statement preparation, as well as assisting with annual audits. In 2010, they moved to LEGOLAND California Resort as a Financial Accountant, where they completed bank account and various GL account reconciliations, booked various monthly journal entries including depreciation, retail revenue & COGS, and food and beverage revenue & COGS, acted as point of contact for intercompany accounting and booked monthly FX adjustments, and provided accounting services for all up and coming LEGOLAND parks. In 2012, they joined Daniel S. Venne, CPA as a Senior Accountant, where they trained and oversaw staff, prepared financial statement compilations for a variety of clients, and prepared tax returns and provided tax planning services for individuals, C-corps, S-corps, partnerships, trusts, estates, and non-profits. In 2015, they began working as an Independent Contractor/CPA for Mai P. Itakura, CPA. In 2016, they joined LoadSpring Solutions, Inc. as a Financial Controller, where they were nominated as 2017 SpringPerson of the Year, oversaw the Financial Ops department, prepared and reviewed financial statements, assisted with the implementation of a multi-subsidiary software package in the Accounting software, and oversaw financial statement audits and the annual budget. In 2020, they began working as a Controller for eMolecules.

Jolene Tate, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from California State University, Chico. Jolene also holds a CPA certification.
