Manu GopalaKrishnan has over 19 years of experience in application support and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as Director at Elavon, Inc. since June 2004, Manu manages offshore and onshore support groups, oversees application escalations, and utilizes Kanban and Jira for project management. Previous roles include Team Lead and Applications Support Analyst at Elavon, focusing on production release reviews, 24/7 application support, and tool development for task automation. Earlier experience includes consulting at PowerSabre Inc. and a developer role at CDI Information Services. Manu holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from Model Engineering College.
