Selena Lin is a dedicated research analyst at Emory Impact Investing Group and holds the position of operations associate at Algory Capital - Emory University, both since February 2023. Additionally, Selena is involved with Scholars of Finance as a candidate and serves as a business consultant for Social Impact 360 since September 2022. Prior experience includes a research assistant internship at the University of Toronto from February to August 2021 and a role as a fencing assistant coach at Hua Hua Fencing Club between June 2020 and August 2021. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business, Quantitative Science, and Statistics at Emory University, Selena previously completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program at St. Robert Catholic High School from September 2018 to June 2022.
Emory Impact Investing Group
Founded in 2014, Emory Impact Investing Group (EIIG) is Emory University's only undergraduate student-run impact investing organization. Our mission is to provide microloans to local entrepreneurs who lack access to capital. We aim to close the microbusiness gap in traditionally high poverty areas by increasing the number of successful small businesses. We direct our efforts in pursuit of this goal by providing early-stage financing, knowledge, and networks necessary for the sustainable growth of a business.
